Baked Chili for lunch, dinner or snack?

Baked Chili is a hearty, flavorful and satisfying dish that can be enjoyed year around. I particularly relish the idea of enjoying a bowl of baked chili when its a bit chilly outside. It warms the heart when enjoyed for brunch. lunch, dinner or even as a snack. As warm weather approaches, this baked chili is great for an outdoor cookout or tailgating event so keep this dish in mind as the outdoor temperature climbs.

This Baked Chili is made with ground beef (feel free to use ground turkey, chicken or lamb) fresh onions and red bell peppers, tomatoes and a host of spices. Baked in a skillet with lid or a Dutch oven there is no fuss or worry just let the oven do its magic! Serve this amazing Baked Chili your favorite shredded cheese and a scoop of sour cream and your meal is served! Feel free to adjust the spice level when making this Baked Chili. I prefer to add a little bit more spice as I like heat in my chili.

This Baked Chili will last in the refrigerator for about three to four days. It only takes a few minutes in the microwave to reheat and your meal is ready to eat. Chili can also be frozen to be eaten at a later date. If you're like me, this Baked Chili will only be around for about two days as I love to eat and share my dishes with friends and family. Be sure to grab some extra shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream as these items compliment the chili very well.

So head to the kitchen, its your turn to make this amazing Baked Chili and remember; You Got This! Feel free to leave me a comment or question as I look forward to reading and responding! Happy Baking!!!
