Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

I love Peanut Butter Cookies! When I was a kid, I would sneak into the pantry and grab the jar of peanut butter and eat it right out of the jar (with a spoon of course). Peanut Butter cookies were a real treat when my mom would make them. As an adult I still relish the idea of baking a batch of these cookies. Peanut Butter Chip Cookies takes the traditional peanut butter cookie to the next level. These cookies are filled with delicious peanut butter chips and baked to ultimate perfection. The peanut butter chips gives these cookies an extra layer of peanut butter flavor and are sure to delight the peanut butter cookie enthusiast. I particularly enjoy the aroma of these cookies as they bake very quickly and scent the whole house with a welcoming and assuring presence.

I generally get around six to eight large cookies with the recipe, however if I make them smaller I can usually get around twelve cookies. Whether its six or twelve, I eat all of them.
